4. We go to the plot, carry out clarifications on the spot, then make an individual architecture and coordinate it with you.

5. After your approval of the architectural solution, we make design drawings. (We will pass them on to you later.)

6. After the completion of the design work (2-6 weeks), we calculate the exact cost of the contract. 2,000 advances in stage # 3 are deducted from the received offer.

7. With your approval of the project and budget, we sign an agreement.

8. Manufacturing  2 ... 6 months depends on the complexity of your project and our line of project. Payment of 50% at the conclusion of the contract, the rest in stages.

9. While we are making a house, you order a foundation according to our drawings (a simple pile, we will recommend a contractor) and bring the networks to the house.

10. Installation 1 ... 3 days, fine-tuning 5 ... 10 days and you can live

11. Houses can be equipped with 2 double-glazed windows, warm water floor, heat pump, smart control system. There may be compliance with class A +. But we can also supply modules without finishing.
